This manuscript is a script for an English amateur production at a noble home in 1641. The play, Candy Restored, exists in manuscripts at the British Library and the Huntington Library. The Huntington Library manuscript also includes two drawings, a plan and a section for the production showing rotating flat wings.

These drawings are reproduced in R. A. Foakes' Illustrations of the English Stage, 1580-1642.
